We hired Detailed Cleaning based on the strong recommendation from a friend after deciding to have someone clean our home. That recommendation has held to be one hundred percent true. Tandi Dreger does exceptional work and pays attention to detail. She is fantastic with our two dogs and often lets them outside while at our house. She offers an auto-payment system which we find convenient. We have found scheduling dates and times to be very easy, especially around holidays or other times where we wanted the house cleaned ahead of a particular date. Tandi always gives us a reminder that she is coming and has never missed a scheduled day. She is very easy to communicate with. We find her to be reliable, we appreciate the quality of the work she does, and we genuinely trust her.

Detailed Cleaning is a great cleaning service! Tandi is very responsive and flexible with her scheduling. When things come up, she has been very accommodating in working with our hectic family schedule. Her pricing structure seems very fair, and it’s also great that she accepts credit cards for payment. Excellent cleaning service. Promptly responded to all phone calls and emails, always communicates when she will be coming. Treats our home like her own. I've enjoyed the flexibility she offers with scheduling and her reminder communication of upcoming appointments. She's always done an exceptional, consistent job--and went above and beyond to help us with last minute deep-cleans when we unexpectedly decided to put our house on the market this spring, coming early on a Saturday morning to make sure things were perfect for an open house later that day.
